Please review it carefully. 1. Return and Exchange Request Time Limit

All products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. For your protection, we recommend that you check the appearance, quality, and functionality of the product as soon as it arrives to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Return and Exchange Application Conditions and Process

  1. Application Prerequisite: The order status must be updated to "Delivered." After the order is shipped, you can prepare for the return or exchange process. Once the order status shows "Delivered" (this will be automatically updated within 24 hours after you sign for the product), you can officially submit a return or exchange request.

  2. Application Method: Please submit your return or exchange request through official channels, clearly stating the order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and your request (exchange/return). Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps during business hours.

  3. Product Requirements: The product for return or exchange must be in brand-new, unused condition, with intact packaging, and all accessories, labels, etc., must be complete. There should be no damage or stains caused by the customer, or this will affect the approval of your return or exchange.

3. Return and Exchange Shipping Fees

Shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return or exchange, as detailed below:

  • If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, wrong item, or missing item (caused by Zimiron), the shipping cost will be covered by Zimiron, and we will reimburse reasonable logistics fees.

  • If the return or exchange is due to personal preferences, size issues (not caused by discrepancies in product description), etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The shipping cost for returning the item and the shipping fee for resending the exchanged item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Refund Processing

  1. Refund Time Limit: After we receive the returned item, we will complete the inspection and approval process within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and returned to your original payment method.

  2. Refund Arrival Reminder: The time it takes for the refund to be credited may be affected by factors such as payment platform processing or bank clearing. If you do not receive your refund after the above-mentioned time, please contact customer service to check the status.

  3. Exchange Information: After the exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the reshipment of the new product within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The exchange product will arrive within 7-10 business days (delays may occur in remote areas).

5. Other Important Notes

  1. If your order status is "Pending Shipment," you can directly contact customer service to cancel the order without following the return and exchange process. Once the order status changes to "Shipped," you will need to go through the return and exchange process for any related issues.

  2. If the product shows obvious signs of damage, modification, or use, or if there is missing packaging or accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  3. This return and exchange policy applies only to products sold in the U.S. region by Zimiron Department Store. The final interpretation rights belong to Zimiron Department Store, and any adjustments will be announced through official channels in advance.
