(B) Our Obligations

We will arrange for the shipment and delivery of goods according to the order's required timelines. After confirming the order payment, we will ship the goods within 3-5 working days. The delivery will take 7-10 working days (within the U.S.). We will track the logistics and synchronize the logistics information with you in a timely manner;

We will provide standardized customer service and respond to your inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and after-sales needs within working hours, and inform you of the processing progress and results;

4. Order-Related Provisions

Order Formation: When you browse, select, and submit an order, it is considered an offer to purchase from us. After we review and confirm the order (confirming payment and product availability), the order is officially formed, and the contract between us takes effect.

Order Changes and Cancellations: After an order is confirmed, if you need to change or cancel the order, you must contact us before the product is shipped. We will handle the changes with our agreement. If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled directly. You need to follow the return/exchange process after receiving the product. We have the right to cancel the order due to stock shortages, product removal, or abnormal order information and will notify you promptly and refund your payment.

Shipping and Receiving: We will arrange delivery according to the shipping address and contact number provided in the order. You must keep your phone line open to confirm delivery when the logistics staff arrives. If you are unable to receive the goods in a timely manner, you should negotiate with the logistics provider for a second delivery or designate a collection point. Otherwise, you will bear the responsibility for delivery delays or lost goods.

Product Acceptance: Upon receipt of the goods, you should immediately check the packaging and product for completeness, damage, stains, or quality issues. If any abnormalities are found, you should take photos as evidence and contact us promptly. If no objections are raised on-site and the goods are signed for, it is deemed that you confirm the goods are in good condition and conform to the order (unless there is clear evidence showing the issue is caused by us).

5. Product Quality and After-Sales Provisions

Product Quality: We guarantee that all products sold comply with relevant U.S. quality standards and product descriptions, with no counterfeit, substandard, or misleading products. Products with natural flaws, slight color differences, etc., which do not affect usage, will be clearly stated on the product details page, and your purchase will be deemed as acceptance of these minor flaws.

Return and Exchange Policy: You can request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt (see "Return and Exchange Policy" for details). The returned/exchanged product must remain unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact, and undamaged. Otherwise, we have the right

After-Sales Support: If the product has quality issues during normal use (not caused by human damage), you can contact us for consultation. Currently, we do not provide product warranty services. Relevant issues can be handled according to our return/exchange policy.

Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for returns, exchanges, or compensation for product issues caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or human damage. We are also not liable for delays in delivery or failure to ship goods due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics interruptions, government policy adjustments, etc.). We will do our best to assist you in minimizing losses.
6. Payment Terms

You should pay the product price according to the order amount and payment method. Payment methods include but are not limited to American Express, Klarna BNPL, Mastercard, PayPal, and VISA. All payment channels use encryption technology to ensure the security of your payment.

The product price includes relevant taxes within the U.S. You will pay the final order amount, with no additional hidden taxes. If customs duties arise due to your shipping address, you will bear the customs duties, and the amount will be determined according to local customs regulations.

If the order is canceled (not due to your fault) after payment, we will promptly refund your payment to the original payment account after the order is canceled. The refund time depends on the payment platform and bank clearing speed, and we do not charge any handling fees.
7. Intellectual Property Provisions

We own all intellectual property rights related to the services and products under these Terms (including but not limited to trademarks, product designs, images, text descriptions, platform layout, etc.), which are protected by U.S. copyright law, trademark law, and other relevant laws. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform these Terms due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, government policy adjustments, logistics interruptions, network failures, etc.). We will promptly notify you and try our best to minimize your losses.

User’s Own Responsibility: We are not liable for any losses caused by incorrect information, improper operation, poor maintenance, etc. on your part. You will bear full responsibility for such losses.

Third-Party Services: If you use third-party services (such as payment institutions, logistics providers), any losses caused by third-party reasons should be resolved between you and the third party. We are not directly liable but will assist you as much as possible.

Product Reasonable Loss: We are not responsible for reasonable product wear, natural flaws, or slight color differences that do not affect usage. If such issues are clearly stated on the product detail page, you will be deemed to have accepted them by purchasing.
10. Dispute Resolution
